Discover your why, set new goals, achieve higher performance.
Honest one-on-one conversations done either on Google Meet, in person or over the phone depending on location and availability, about one's current performance. We will dive deep into finding your "Why" and using it to find the answers as to how to get better and what is in your way. While so much can be achieved within a team setting as far as group dynamics and culture, the real magic happens at the individual level so I encourage athletes to also take advantage of the opportunity to meet one-on-one along with team sessions.
If you would like to set up a meeting to see if we work well together and how you can reach a new level of performance, sign up for a free consultation.

If you have found my page, then that means you want the best for your child and their athletic or performance career. I do too. I have seen firsthand how performing under pressure can make or break a young athlete's career. My main goal and philosophy is to build better people who become better athletes. The lessons within Sports Psychology are applicable on the field and in the locker room; they can also be utilized in the classroom, in relationships, and eventually in the workplace. This is something I have my athletes constantly practice. With any tool or challenge, I give them an on and off-the-field application component. This allows them to build and strengthen the neural pathways needed to create new habits and makes the skills transferable to life after sport.
My career playing Division 1 soccer combined with my experience and time studying this field has shown me what a lasting impact these topics and tools can have on an individual. I want to help your athlete compete at their highest level, find the answers on their own, and become the best human they can be.
I would love to chat about what your athlete or performer's goals and aspirations are, so please schedule a free consultation and take that next step.
"Hope is simply amazing. She is organized, dedicated, and determined. She is thoughtful in working with student-athletes and a master of her craft. She is so driven to help young athletes with confidence and self-talk and did an amazing job with our lacrosse program. I'm excited to watch Hope excel in helping more and more athletes and empowering them to be the best version of themselves every single day."
Through working with Hope on my mental game, I have been able to develop skills and personalized routines to help me stay grounded in the moment, learn from my mistakes but not dwell on them, and cope with stress both inside and outside the water. I learned the importance of tracking and recognizing small goals and achievements along the way. Through developing myself mentally, my confidence has increased exponentially, changing the way I play water polo and redefining my view of myself as both an athlete and an individual. Working with Hope has given me multiple tools and a mindset that are helping me to adapt, overcome, and thrive as a collegiate athlete.
I thought it was really important to have a reason and a why behind why you play. I thought it was also important to share with your teammates how you respond to criticism when you get in your head and how you would want your teammates to respond to it.
